Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Pinpulse is a service of FalkeLabs LLC (doing business as Pinpulse), New York, USA ("Pinpulse", "we", "us", "our").
A full postal address will be added shortly. Until then, please reach us by email.
Contact for all privacy matters: hello@pinpulse.io
This policy covers the Pinpulse website (www.pinpulse.io) and our meeting-booking page (meetings.pinpulse.io). Pinpulse measures how often AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and others) mention a brand — its "Share of Model" — and helps grow that visibility. The product is currently in private beta.
2. Information we collect
On the website
- Waitlist signup: your email address, optionally your company domain, and your consent record (timestamp, policy version).
- AI Visibility Check request: your email address, your company domain, and optionally a category — so we can run and deliver your check.
- Newsletter signup: your email address and your consent record (timestamp, policy version). We use double opt-in — you only receive the newsletter after confirming via email.
- Contact: your email address and your message when you reach out to us.
- Analytics: basic, first-party usage events (pages viewed, buttons clicked), collected by our own self-hosted analytics service (see section 4). We do not use advertising networks or cross-site tracking, and IP addresses are hashed.
When you book a meeting
- Bookings run on
meetings.pinpulse.io, our own booking tool: your name, email address, and the time slot you choose. The calendar invitation and video call are provided via Google Calendar / Google Meet.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Manage the private-beta waitlist and contact you when a spot opens.
- Run and deliver your AI Visibility Check. To produce the check, we may include the company domain and category you submit in queries sent to AI models — we never include your email address or any other personal data in those queries.
- Send you the Pinpulse newsletter — only after your double opt-in confirmation; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
- Send transactional emails (confirmations, replies to your requests).
- Schedule and hold meetings you book with us.
- Understand and improve the website via first-party analytics.
We do not sell your personal information, do not share your data with advertisers, and do not use your data to train AI models.
4. Third-party services and processors
Waitlist, form, and newsletter submissions are processed on our own platform infrastructure (the Creative AI Lab Hub), with these sub-processors:
- Vercel (USA) — website hosting.
- Supabase — database hosting (form submissions, waitlist entries, newsletter subscribers, consent records).
- Resend (USA) — transactional and newsletter email delivery.
- Google (USA) — Google Calendar / Google Meet for meetings booked via
meetings.pinpulse.io.
Website analytics run on eventbase, a first-party, self-hosted analytics service operated by the same operator as Pinpulse: cookieless, no cross-site tracking, IP addresses are hashed, and no data is sold or shared. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services on the website.
Where processors are located in the USA, transfers of EU/EEA personal data are safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
5. Data storage & security
- Waitlist, form, and newsletter data is stored in Supabase.
- We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
- Database credentials and API keys are stored as environment variables, never in code.
- Regular database backups are maintained.
6. Data retention
- Waitlist entries: kept until we invite you to the beta or you ask us to delete your entry.
- AI Visibility Check requests: kept as long as needed to deliver your check and follow up, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Newsletter: your data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it; consent records are retained as long as legally required.
- Meetings: booking details are kept in our calendar per normal business-records practice; you can ask us to delete them.
- Analytics: stored without plain-text IP addresses (hashed) and used in aggregate.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Our legal bases under Art. 6 GDPR are: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for the newsletter, waitlist, and marketing communications; performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) for AI Visibility Checks and booked meetings; and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for first-party analytics and security. Although Pinpulse is operated from New York, USA, we honor GDPR data-protection rights for EU/EEA visitors. Contact us at hello@pinpulse.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
The website uses no tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary storage is used: localStorage/sessionStorage identifiers that power our first-party analytics. No cookie banner is required.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via email where appropriate.
